Keswick Vineyards is located on the graceful and historic Edgewood Estate. Keswick's first vintage produced 38 medals and several prestigious awards at international competitions, including "Best in Class" in California and "Best White Wine in America" in Atlanta. This young 400-acre winery makes Viognier, Chardonnay, Rose, Bordeaux-style blends, and dessert wines that are consistent winners. The vintner’s philosophy is to "aim for quality, not quantity and to develop the best wines possible."

TASTING & TOUR FEES: Keswick’s beautiful new tasting room is open seven days a week, 9:00am-5:00pm. The tasting room staff at Keswick rank among the most knowledgeable and gracious in Virginia. Tasting fees are $5.00 for a standard tasting and $8.00 for reserve level tastings. The beautiful etched glass is yours to keep.

FOOD AVAILABILITY: Light fare, i.e. cheese, crackers, nuts, and sweets are available. Bring a picnic lunch and relax under the shade trees or sit back and enjoy the view from the porch.

DIRECTIONS: Located 15 minutes from Charlottesville on Rt. 231 in Keswick. From points west follow I-64 to exit 124 (Shadwell). Turn right onto Rt. 250 East. After 2 miles, turn left onto Rt. 22 East and continue about 5 miles to Rt. 231 North. Follow Rt. 231 North for 2 more miles to winery entrance on right.

From points east follow I-64 to exit 129 (Cismont). Turn right onto Black Cat Road, follow to stop sign. Turn right onto Rt. 22 East and continue to Rt. 231 North. Follow Rt. 231 North for 2 more miles to winery entrance on right.
