In 2003 Margo and David Pollak planted 25 acres of French vinifera vines on their 100-acre farm in Greenwood, just west of Charlottesville. In 2005 they harvested their first vintage from estate grown grapes. Varieties include chardonnay, viognier, pinot gris, cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon, merlot and petit verdot.

November – March: Wednesday-Sunday 11-5

DIRECTIONS: Take Exit 107 (Crozet) off I-64. Turn onto Rt. 250 West. Go about three miles to a right turn onto Rt. 796 (Brooksville Rd). Go about a half mile to your first right on Newtown Road. Entrance to winery is a half mile on your left.
